Focus your mind on one specific pressure point on the top of your head and that is just about it. The first step is knowing where the pressure point is.
Put you wrist on your forehead to meet where the front of your hairline is (or once was).
Hold your head with your fingers. The location where the tip of your middle finger is touching on your head is the location that you have to remember. It is shown in green above. Close your eyes and feel this pressure point on the top of your head with your hand on.
Take your hand off your head, relax, softly keep your focus or mind on that spot, and breathe like normal for a minute or two. Slowly open your eyes after the headache is relieved.
Headache is really troublesome as it happens right at your control center, your head. It would be too late to learn doing this or assist others in doing this when there is a headache. If you have chronic headache, practice this several times (the whole thing, including relaxing and focusing for one or two minutes) before headache strikes.
Someone taught me this a long time ago. Not really sure who that was now.
