Feeling tired and you really need to refresh yourself quick? There are two ways.
Method A
Inhale very quickly in short bursts, hold your breath for a couple of seconds, then exhale in one quick long burst. Like inhale-inhale-inhale-hold-exhale. Repeat a few more times. The exact sequence is not important. It is the breaking of your normal breathing sequence that is important. Wink your eyes very quickly a few times will also help.
Method B, takes just a bit longer with EFT but more energy!
Tap some nine meridian points with EFT without saying anything. It can be done in just a minute. Do not worry about the exact locations of those meridian points. We do not need too much accuracy here for EFT technique to work. Please note that you could tap either on the left side or the right side of your body. Lets start with point 1 as indicated in the photo below.
A. Tap on the edge of one hand with the other hand. Three fingers are used. Tap a few times with a force large enough that you can feel and hear some "bum, bum, bum" impacts. If you really need a number to feel assured, then tap six times. Bum, bum, bum; bum, bum, bum. Now tap the next meridian point.
B. Tap meridian points 2, 3, 4, 5 6, 7 and 8 shown above with your thumb, index and middle fingers as shown on the right. Again, tap each of the meridian points a few times. If you want a fix number, tap six times. Bum, bum, bum; bum, bum, bum. I am showing how to tap points 3 and 6 below as examples.
C. The meridian point 7 is just under and close to the end of the collar bone, as shown on the photo on the left. In this photo, I have overlayed an image of a collar bone on her right hand side for your reference. Again, you can tap on either side.
D. For meridian point 9 on the top of our heads, we use all fingers and the thumb for a bigger coverage since we cannot easily know where we are tapping, as shown below.
E. Finally, take two deep and slow breaths. You should now be completely refreshed.
Final note: you may feel a bit of pain when tapping at points like 4, 8 and 9. It is only natural because those points have never been tapped or even touched with more than a slight force before. Do not worry. Just tap and you will get use to it very soon.
