Single Leg Hula Hoop for Testing Leg Weaknesses
Put hands on the back of a chair or on a table as a safety measure. Do not press down with force. It is just a safety measure. Now do the followings:
1. Lift one leg up just a bit so that you are standing only on one leg.
2. Lula hoop slowly in one direction for a few seconds or until a weakness could be felt.
3. Lula hoop in the reverse direction for a few seconds or until a weakness could be identified.
4. Do the same standing on the other leg.
The weakest point could be with the hanging leg, or with the hip or anywhere not related to the standing leg. One the weakest point is identified, heal it with EFT.
Once healed, repeat this test to find out what the current weakness is.
